Michael G. Koehler

Consulting experience since 1990 in systems analysis, design and implementation of SAP R/3 and R/2 systems, with the primary focus on RICE deliverables (Systems Development: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Enhancements) using the SAP development tools. I have done multiple full cycle (proposal to post-implementation follow-up) SAP implementations for large clients in the US and Germany, as well as smaller local development and performance tuning projects.

Specialized in complex development in ABAP and ABAP Objects, (analysis, conception, design and delivery) I have also extensive experience in managing large and diverse teams of developers, and coordinate with business project teams as well as with overall project management.

Specific Role:

- Minolta: Developed service offering 'ABAP Application Tuning' and leveraged it to help win a performance tuning project. Participated at this project as subject matter expert.
- Pepperidge Farm: Performed Quality Review on custom ABAP design and development and gave recommendations to resolve issues.
- Raytheon AIS: Worked as technical advisor on an SAP Upgrade project: R/3 3.1 to 4.6C.

- Managed a migration project from SAP R/2 4.3 to SAP R/3 2.2 for a midrange car engine foundry.
- Led the technical design and implementation of a custom spare parts management system for a German based international computer distribution company as bolt-on to SAP R/2 5.0.
- Developed and implemented custom R/3 2.1 SD transactions for a midrange food company.
- Maintained and operated GfR's in-house SAP R/3 test system.
- For a German based international chemical company developed interfaces between legacy system and SAP R/2 5.0 for material movement postings.
- Developed custom R/2 4.3 MM transactions for an international electronics company.
- Participated as team member in a project to restructure the plant maintenance organization of a central German chemical company.
